PRE-OPENING SUPPORT

• Site selection and advice in negotiating the business terms of a lease
• Prototypical layout and drawings for restaurant
• Equipment specifications and furniture and fixture layout
• Equipment ordering advice
• Development Manual and Lease Addendum

TRAINING

• 8 week training program at a site determined by Paradise
• Systems Guides including Training Manuals
• Interviewing and hiring procedures
• Food preparation and customer service training

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

• National purchasing benefits with major suppliers
• Systems Guides for daily operations 
• Point of Sale system advice

ONGOING SUPPORT

• Paradise representatives available for periodic consultation on various operational and management matters
• Research and development programs including new product introduction
• Benchmarking and comparative sales and labor information
• Periodic management meetings at sites determined by Paradise
